Cancellation & Returns
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. After cancelling, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.

Return shipping is at your own expense and arrangement. Please include the product with all accessories and, where possible, the original packaging and your invoice — this helps us process your return quickly, though it’s not a condition for your refund. You can use our [model withdrawal form] to notify us, or simply email or call us. Keep proof of shipment, since you’re responsible for showing the product was returned on time.
We refund the full order amount, including standard shipping costs, within 7 days of receiving your return. If the product shows a reduction in value from being handled beyond what’s needed to check it — see “Handling your return” below — we’ll deduct that amount from your refund.
Handling your return
Please treat the product with the same care you would in a shop. If it comes back damaged, or its packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the resulting loss in value. This doesn’t apply if we failed to give you the withdrawal information you were legally entitled to.
Warranty
Kalpa provides a 2-year legal guarantee that your product matches what you ordered and works as it should. If a product doesn’t conform — for example, it’s defective or not fit for its normal use — we’ll first offer a repair or replacement; if that’s not possible, you’re entitled to a price reduction or a refund. Complaints
Please submit complaints clearly and promptly after discovering the issue. We aim to respond within a day; if we need more time, we’ll let you know when to expect a full answer. If we can’t resolve a complaint together within 3 months, you can ask Webwinkelkeur to mediate free of charge via webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
